After years of corporate work, a personal journey reshaped my path. In 2017, my husband's Frontotemporal lobe dementia diagnosis prompted a significant life interruption. This event led me back to school, pursuing an MBA and an MSW. Through this experience, I delved into healthcare administration and social work, gaining invaluable insights.
The certifications I have achieved are NCCDP Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer® and Certified Dementia Practitioner®. Today, I connect with healthcare professionals and caregivers, sharing my journey with dementia. This personal evolution ignited a passion within me, emphasizing the message of hope and solidarity.
